How fast will my baby essentials arrive? We offer three reliable shipping tiers across the United States to ensure your nursery is fully prepared for your little one's arrival:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when baby decides to arrive a little earlier than expected!

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? We know parents are busy! Most orders are processed, lovingly packed, and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package starts its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the USA.

SIZING & FABRIC CARE

How do I choose the correct size for my newborn? Since babies grow at their own beautiful pace, we recommend using our Detailed Size & Weight Guide [Link] rather than relying solely on age. If you are shopping for a newborn or are between sizes, we always suggest "sizing up" to give your baby plenty of room to wiggle and grow.

How should I wash Elite Embryo garments? To maintain the cloud-like softness of our organic fabrics, we highly recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle with a baby-safe, hypoallergenic detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you and your baby to love Elite Embryo. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

What if I receive a defective item? We hold our quality to the highest standards. In the rare event that an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@eliteembryo.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
