	Ty L. Jennings President Twenty years experience within a broad range of the Real Estate industry has enabled Ty Jennings to understand the critical aspects of the business. An exceptional track record in building exit strategies, developing customer relations, company branding, marketing and profitability has allowed Ty to work with some of the best in the business. Ty’s determined focus on establishing consumer confidence in each development phase allows him to deliver the developer’s message and vision consistently and effectively. The company’s long and short-term goals are then obtained by creating a team-oriented, proactive commitment to the long term success of the strategies implemented. Ty believes strongly in the philosophy that success is not given to you, but that you must earn it. In his personal time, Ty enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Heather, and their two children, 6-year old daughter, Janessa and 4-year old son, Jordan.
	Brad willems Broker Associate A former independent insurance agent, Brad Willems is the newest member of the DRI team. Born and raised in central Kansas, Brad recently moved to Montrose with his family. He attended Neosho County Community College for a year and attended Bethany College for four years with a major in Parks and Recreation. With over ten years experience and a commanding sales background, Brad Willems brings a highly motivated, exceptionally proactive sales approach to the DRI team. Brad received his Colorado Real Estate License to further his sales career. Brad enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Jacque, and two children, son, Jake, and daughter, Katelyn. An avid golfer, Brad plans to take full advantage of all the amazing golf courses the Western Slope has to offer.
	amy Saunders Project Coordinator/Broker Associate A Southern California native, Amy moved to Montrose in 2001 to be near her family. Amy’s background spans over ten years, with emphasis in the sales, management, financial and event coordination industries. Most recently, she acquired her Colorado Real Estate Broker’s License to focus her talents in Real Estate Sales. With a variety of sales experience, Amy has transitioned smoothly to the Real Estate and Development arena. Amy spends her free time enjoying activities with her family, including her husband, Chad and son, Rylan.
	Katie Garwood Office Manager After vacationing on the Western Slope since the 1970s, Katie Garwood and her family moved to Montrose in 2001. Katie brings with her over 25 years experience in golf and real estate development, sales and office administration. Along with longevity in her business career, Katie has over ten years of volunteer efforts as an EMT for American Red Cross; as a Reserve Deputy for the Temecula Police Department and serving on the mounted unit for both the Temecula and Riverside County Police/Sheriff’s Departments. She was at The Bridges Golf & Country Club from 2003 – 2005, where she served as a Sales Assistant to Ty Jennings and Unique Colorado Realty; and most recently transitioned into the Office Manager position for Developer Resources, Inc.
